Geranium Mistake

My Geranium girls, have been very happy all winter in the greenhouse.  But As I am bringing them out to harden off, I realise I have made a mistake.    They are all in the ornamental tubs they were planted in last spring, and I cannot get them out !!!!.   What can I do to give them a fair start.  Shall I scrape away what potting I can and then top it up with fresh, and would they appreciate a little feed as well.  They are all flowering away.    Thanks,  Mrs Bouquet

I'd get them out one way or another (cutting with a bread knife round the inside of the pots?) and then repot.  If feeding (I'm not sure this applies to geraniums) use a high potash feed to encourage flowers.  They seem fine whatever you do though so it'd be hard to damage them.
