Title: Photograph Competitions - Full Rules

• One  photograph per member may be entered in the competition.
• Pictures should be no larger than 640 pixels wide with a minimum height of 250 pixels and minimum width of 250 pixels. Submissions that do not comply may be rejected.
• The photographs should be in jpeg (jpg) format.
• Photograph should have been taken by the posting member and not have been entered in any other competitions.
• All images should be accompanied by a caption of no more than 80 characters and supporting text of no more than 500 characters describing what the image represents.
• The competition is open to all members of the forum and are still members when the winner is decided. Professional photographers are excluded. The discretion of the  Administrators regarding eligibility is final.
• The winner will need to provide their name and address in order to receive their prize.
• Photographs should be in line with the theme of the competition. Entries that do not comply in the sole opinion of Allotment Growing will be removed. The decision of Allotment Growing to accept or reject an entry is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering you agree to grant to the allotment growing website including sub-domains thereof a non-exclusive licence to publish and use your photographs and extracts from your photographs on the site. Copyright will however remain with the photographer.
• Allotment Growing reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
• Prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.
• Prize(s) unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and Allotment Growing reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.
• At the closing date for the competition, a poll will be made available for the members to vote on for one week. The most popular photograph with the members poll will be deemed the winner.
• The winning photograph of the competition and other entrants at the discretion of Allotment Growing may be placed in a permanent photo gallery.
