5 spice powder, x2 tsp
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
Sweet sherry x 3 tbls
x 1 tbls soft brown sugar

Oriental mix, or anything of your choice
Glass noodles work best with this, but you can use any noodles
Corriander
Dressing
Lime juice
*Light soy, there is a reduced salt one out now
coarse ground pepper
Put the pork in the marinade for a few hours
Place in a small baking dish and cover with foil
Cook at 180 c for approx 30 mins
Wrap the pork up in the foil with the remaining marinade and allow to cool, it can be kept in the fridge for a couple of days after this
Slice the pork thinly
Prepare noodles and allow to cool
Arrange the salad on plates, scatter pork and noodles over the top.
Add dressing and corriander leaves
Get stuck in
