Title: cucumber and apple chutney

hi
i have just made 'Val's cucumber and apple chutney' which i'm pleased to say has  turned out nicely, but it didn't say in the recipe how long to store it before it is ready to use, i have made a green tomato chutney before and had to store that for 3 months is it the same for the cu and apple chutney?

As a general rule, I reckon that any chutney benefits from at least 3 months storage before you use it.
