Hi - I've been picking up some small windfalls and was wondering whether they are any good for making apple jelly. I've got a bit of a fan base for a recipe (possibly from this site) that I do annually but I'm running low on supplies so wanted to get some made early this year.  If they're not suitable, I guess they will go on the cider pile! Thanks in advance for any help.
