recipe for prawns
« on: September 06, 2008, 10:56 »
Hi all, had a quick look on the search but could not find any recipes with prawns. Got some prawns (obviously   ) and wondered if anyone had a good recipe that i can do tonight, have done a nice curry one before with cream etc  so can fall back on that but any suggestions welcome

Thanks

Yeah but the beauty of this site is you get a recipe that has been tried and tested and is easy for normal people, i can cook a bit but i ain't no James Martin or Gary Rhodes

what do you fancy cawdor?  salad?  paella?  hot or cold dish?

oh and are they small prawns or big tiger/king prawns?

this is my first website of choice for recipes, this is their prawn recipes

and some of them are very simple too narrow it down to the "easy results" if needs

Jb, hot dish, small prawns (can't believe how much tiger prawns are now   )  I like spicy food.  Good website thanks, now in 'my favourites'

Very tried and tested recipe:-

Cooked linguine or spaghetti
Garlic, chopped
lemon zest and juice
red chili flakes
parsley
Very thin lemon slices
Cooked prawns, shrimp, whatever/

Throw the hot prawns into the hot pasta and add other ingredients to taste.  Season.
Cheese makes everything better.
