OMG they are sooo tiny, but they sound really cute.
Only two have hatched at the minute, but 1 more is zipping, and the at least 4 others have pipped :D
-
I now have 5 quail and this is officially my best hatch to date :D
I can't wait til morning to see if any more will hatch ;)
-
:D :D How many this morning? Oh, and PHOTOS!!!
-
I had 6 this morning, and another couple of the eggs look hopeful (it is day 18 only today, so they could go another couple of days yet.
They are soooo tiny and cute. And make very cute noises too - totally different to chicken chicks.
I'll get photos tonight when i move them from the incy to a brooder :D

Lively little bu**ers too. Jumping all over the place. I took one out of the incy and it jumped out of my hand and it spent the next 10 minutes running round my spare room before I caught it again!

Lovely = look like little humbugs :D
-
How cute - lucky you :D

They are fab and soooo quick! I always think they look like bumble bees. Someone on here (sorry I forget who) named them bumblyquail and it just really seems to suit them.
One seems to have really pale colourings. It's beautiful or is it just a photo thing?
-
They are meant to be different colours not just "quail" coloured... but I know nothing about quail, so who knows what they are going to grow up to be!
-
Lovely looking quails :) Thanks for the photo's

They are lovely little chicks Casey. I agree re the comments of the look like humbugs or bumble bees. :)
