oh wow how refreshing to here about wicans when i was younger i was interested in rune stones and wanted to do more in white whichcraft i think i spooked my self a bit and didn't go further! would be interested to here your expereinces (maybe not suitable for a forum!!)

I don't think Wicca should spook anyone as it is totaly non harmfull in any way from what little I have read about it and the nature side is quite beautiful.
I read the Tao Ta Ching and found that beautiful too and go back to it whenever I feel the need.

Many thanks John for posting the link, and for the kind comments that have been made about the info, but please bear in mind what is currently upon the site was mainly written in 2001, about 12 months after we had started our journey into the Craft, and our understanding has changed as our experience has grown, so although we have decided not to remove any of the current writing (as many folks have written to say how much they enjoyed reading it), we do wish to add to what is upon the site by adding a second perspective to most of the pages, something that is planned for us to do once the weather gets too bad to allow us to spend as much time on the allotment! A nice winter project to keep us busy! lol!

Muntjac, thanks for the comments, and I'd much rather debate with someone who is open minded and with their own ideas than receive wholesale rubber stamp aproval, so please feel free to disagree with us as much as you'd like!

Hayles, I hope our site has been of some use to giving you some info, but more importantly to make you think for yourself and to ask your own questions, please feel free to correspond if you want to!

Samhain is my fave festival, and also my wedding anniversary, so a doubly great day for us both! We will be spending some of it walking out in the woods, and then home to answer the door to all the trick or treaters (house fully bedecked of course!), then out to friends to celebrate together, so it should be good!

Yes, Landover is a joke site - although I think their jokes are based on more than a grain of truth about the attitudes of some Christian groups.

It's one of those sites that just kills me - so funny. It doesn't mock Christians, just ignorance and intolerance.

I rather like the idea that Wiccans get secret orders from the Vatican!

Incidentally, I wouldn't post a link to a site that was genuinely so intolerant.
