Storing fro later use.

Sorry another damson question.

I've done all the jam I can eat & give away, I've done enough gin to last years but I've still got a half full tree. I don't have the time or space at the moment to do wine (although I would love to) can I freeze some fruit to use later?

What you need to do is load them into your car, drive to Boston and hand them over to me. :D

Or freeze them  :)

Can't see any reason why not.

LOL Rob.. sounds a little too much like hard work for my liking.  :tongue2:

There are some really nice big fat ones at the top of the tree that are going to fall into the briar patch next door, even the birds and squirrels seem bored with them.

I was just checking freezing wouldn't kill off any bacteria that may have been needed.
