DBG, chinchilla might have died, can't you tell? Or has Ben imparted the news?
Ben imparted the news via text this morning ::)
He then said he may be 'undead' - I said why? Was he not breathing but moving?? ::) But since getting home, I've examined him and he has indeed passed :(

But I get my utility back - job for Tuesday ;) :)

Sorry to hear your news but know you will enjoy getting your utility room back, how long had you had him for?
We have had Charlie for the 18 years we've been together ;) :)

Good morning, all!

I'm hoping for a drier day today - to do some garden work!

I bought a pear tree and plum tree yesterday and so I'm hoping to get these out in the garden by this weekend. I've soaked the rootballs for a few hours in Babybio solution and they have now drained off.

Hopefully, in a few years I shall be almost self-sufficient in fruit!

Morning all. Been up most of the night so late up after eventually getting a couple of hours in. Also watched a good few gardening vids. Now drab and damp outside so a day of card making is on the books.

Morning all, sunny and mild after a foggy start here in BG. Been to market, the seeds are in so bought some which I'm sure we don't need, and some red onion sets, only half a kilo (just over a quid) Don't need that many, just seemed churlish to buy less!

Birds are dragging me outside..... :D

You need to be ruthless dugless - ask yourself "am I really going to use that?"
I'm being ruthless with the stuff in the utility since Charlie chinchilla finally died on Monday  :D
The end of the utilities we've cleaned (and i've painted) has never looked so clean!! :)

He was stone cold when I got home that evening ::)

The room is looking amazing already. I've had my eye on a good bit of storage furniture for in there for about 2 months now ;) :)

Morning all. Rain stopped sleep at 1.45...then an earworm, a song I don't know/like/who sings. Pointless waste of sleep time.

Grumpy!
