Good morning!  Not as early as some mornings. This time I know why, I have been tossing and turning all night because of my back after bending over planting the damned strawberries yesterday. I hurt from my shoulder down to my ankles  definitely some gentle seed sowing today.

Morning Cadalot looks to be a lovely day again here. Unfortunately I will de NOT  be doing anything on the plot after yesterday's escapade some extra gentle seed sowing for me today

There is around here, Foxes in the early hours looking for a little bit of loving  I wonder if its Basil from the Allotment following me home to annoy me, or perhaps just a relative  I had one that used to follow me and my old dog on our evening walk and never an evening went by without seeing at least one.

Missed out on the early mornings I changed my pillow height and now get a good nights sleep without all the tossing and turning. queer

4.30am today, usually about 5. Didn't think to check in here though.  I love it, the quiet, house to myself....been know to pop down the lottie at 7 on a summer morning  loverly.
