This is not just for wome but men as well. Have a furtle and if you feel anything however small that isn't like the rest of your breast tissue get it checked out. Better to be safe than sorry and it's sure not a waste of time as I've had invasive breast cancer so know it well!

Any unusual redness, puckering/dimpling of skin and thickening of tissue should be checked out. The chances are that it's nothing, but it pays to be cautious. ;)
