There are baby self seeded ones sprouting in my garden from last years plants

I don't think it matters what seeds you use.  I have a packet of giant sunflower seeds from one of the main seed companies and I'll have a go with them if that's OK.

Sure, why dont we choose our own seeds then at the end well be to tell which are the best Ill start to make a list of whos taking part

She has potted up a dozen seeds that she picked out of her rabbits food dish.

no idea what variety they are.

i'll join to i've got some freak sunflower seeds from last year, the only thing is the parent plant only grew to 4 foot!
