Couldn't pick a curry recipe as I've no yoghurt and I've already been out and to the shop I'm stuck in the house. So lamb curry became lamb in a white sauce with apple and cider.

We are Ding-Dong-Ditch feeding the In Laws curry tonight, we're just feeding, not having them over. Both dishes are marinading in the fridge.

Proper hot curry is Chicken with Vindaloo spices.
Mild curry is Chicken with apricots, a Parsi curry.

Both recipes are from Curry easy by Madhur Jaffrey- which is on a 99p deal this month.

We even had a desert, Husband had custard and stewed rhubarb. But there was pumpkin pie and custard or ice cream as people fancied.

The In Laws liked the curries! Such a relief.
