I decided to get all the old bags of different veg out of the freeze to make a soup. Somethings had to be thrown away, not much though. The rest has all gone into a big pan for tonight, along with some other goodies thrown in. But I had no little chicken thighs or similar, and feel I need meat today. Got out two frozen sausage rolls, de-frosted them, cut the meat up from inside and threw that in the pan as well with some small macaroni. It is smelling good. I think I shall enjoy and there will be enough for tomorrow. Mrs Bouquet

Just oven roasted a batch of veggies along with some regular and some strange sausages that didn't quite make it to this seasons BBQ. Had a bowl full demilished the bangers and zizzed the remainder. Ended up looking like dog sick but much stiffer!!
Will defrost and water down in the depths of winter, hope it's a goody just spent the morning setting up the bird box cameras. We normally have a great tit sitter during the winter.
Cheers, Tony.

I was surprised the sausage meat stayed whole and didn't break up. Plenty for tomorrow I am pleased to say.
Possibly add a small spoonful of Ras al Hanout to make it taste different. Mrs Bouquet
