First off, what type of wheels, transport wheels to shove the machine about with, or traction wheels, which fit on the rotor shaft and pull it about under power? Either way we need to know the diameter of shaft they are fitting on.

they are traction wheels which replace the tines and are power driven, Operating manual quotes the wheels as 4X8 and the shaft bore is 32mm, for Landmaster L140 rotovator.

You will find it difficult to get the correct wheels, and I think Landmasters used hexagonal rotor shafts. Honda did too, but I don’t know what diameter the Honda shafts are and Honda wheels are a different size possibly 5.00 x 6.
