We have 2 polytunnels & are thinking about using one for fruit. I am not very experienced but am wondering if we can plan a kind of permaculture fruit & veg structure, with fruit such as figs & peaches, strawberries, some veg in between that can grow along, like beans climbing up the fruit, etc, like a miniature forest garden in a polytunnel. Do you think it's possible?

Definitley possible. I've seen it done. Figs, an early and a late peach i think. You should think about nectarines and .perhaps grapes. An  absolutely wonderful idea, i wish i had two polytunnels.

You should have seen the cherries in a greenhouse on Beechgrove this evening

Only thing I'm worried about is the trees growing through the polytunnel if we're not careful! ;-) How often do you need to prune them?
