Power Digger

Hi, I wonder if anyone has had any exerience of using a power digger to clear ground (see HSS Hire website). We have a fairly large area of completely uncultivated land to clear - is it worth it? Will it chop up the weed roots like a rotavator? Would welcome any advice!

erm ... it is a rotavator

. its big heavy n will do the job ... not for the faint hearted

bah humbug, dear husband has decreed that the power digger is not needed

(but he has built some lovely new compost bins today

) - back to the spade 'n fork then...
