Lots of cheese, loads of cooked or caramelised onions, sweetcorn, spinach, eggs, olives are nice, peppers, sometimes mushrooms and prawns. Would like pepperoni, but not allowing myself it.

The kids love pepperoni, husband loves anything meaty and only green olives. Also Turkish pizza-it has lamb mince with cumin, cinnamon and other spices. if we get a big cursty bloomer I cut it lengthwise along the bottom and make pizza toasts.

I like mine quite simple.  Home made base with home made tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, or mozzarella cheese with mushrooms with a sprinkle of Italian herbs.  Yummmm!!!

I often put either some garlic salt/granules or dried herbs into the dough when I'm making it.  The dough tastes better if made a few days in advance and left in the fridge until you are ready to use it.

I quite enjoy the veggie ones even though I'm not a veggie.  Wouldn't choose to buy one with the different meat toppings.  I am one of those people who enjoy a Hawaian pizza with ham and pineapple though …
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Love the spinach and ricotta version, and a good chum doesn't eat cheese (idiot), so he has a non-dairy one, which apparently is quite common in Italy!

Waitrose do an 'Essential' one, which is the exactly the right size for Mrs Growster and I sharing, while watching 'Foyles War' (again)!

Mrs Growster and I recently started buying the garlic and herb flatbreads, available from most supermarkets.

They're pretty good with a little cheese plonked on the top!

You can still taste them about three weeks later...
