Sometimes 3 strawb' runners.
« on: July 07, 2022, 10:55 »
Good morning everyone,
I have 1,2 sometimes 3 runners (small shoots) from a single leader on a strawberry plant, are they all viable?

Cheers,  Tony. ???

Yes, but it's best if you peg the first plantlet on the runner down into a small plant pot then pinch off any more that grow from this runner so you don't exhaust the parent plant.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
