Hi, need some advice.  I have wine in demijohns which I made last year.  Will it still be OK to bottle and drink?  The djs haven't been moved but have not been kept in the dark, anyone with any suggestions?

Is it still sat on sediment?
If so it may impart a flavor or aroma, but the modern yeast are good and it could be OK.
If you racked and filtered the no problem, it will be better being a larger volume during maturing.

Few seem to keep them in the dark in reality, light may "bleach" it a little, so it may be a little paler then otherwise. :( :(

Bottle, drink and enjoy. If not great then cook with it. :D :D :D
