Busy Day. What did you do on your plot this weekend?

Paddle  

... my DOH edged the path, and it looks just great.  I did lots of hoeing and weeding.  And doesn't everything look better for a good dollop of sunshine.

I did some fiddling about on Sunday ... tying in the shoots on the runner beans, picking peas, sending the shoots of the pumpkins in the right direction, planting more radishes and spinach.  Just lovely to be on the allotment without a list of jobs as long as my arm and covered from head to toe in grubbiness.

Have decided that I shall not bother with cauliflower again, it doesn't do well in my soil and I don't quite know why.  But you can't win em all.
