If I have polycarbonate roofing/walls, and line them with greenhouse film/sheeting for winter, will this greatly adversely affect light transmission?

My small greenhouse is entirely bubble wrapped all year, but most things I grow in there are fine.  Once my seedlings come out, I use it mainly for cucumbers, aubergines, the odd tomato and chillies.
