I have been given a  large round courgette from a plot neighbour, i only have 21 "normal" courgette plants lol. i really fancy cutting the top of and stuffing it with something, but i dont know what with and how to do it, any ideas ??

Thankyou Joyfull, i hadnt thought of marrow recipes !
the dog in my avatar is Kobi he i one of my 3 great danes all of them came from great dane rescues.

I think all marrow recipes can be used for big courgettes  .

Your dog then is a close relative to my Ollie - she is a Neapolitan Mastiff who was born in a rescue centre. The photo of mine is when she was younger and she kept wanting to get as close as she could to any camers - think she wanted to eat it
