beets now pickled, in malt vinegar with a couple teaspoons sugar, these are my test batch ergo i have to eat them  ::)(so that when i make them for christams pressies  i know i have got it right)
thats my story and i'm sticking to it :lol: :lol:
will crack open the jar tomorrow - made two (only a few beets, more this weekend)
just keep breathing................

I go through fads with my lunchtime sarni :wacko:  At the moment, and it has to be put in in the right order :blush: its cheese, raw onion, wafer thin ham, rinsed beetroot and lettuce.  yummy.
