Hi all,
my chickens free range and one of them has started to roost with my neighbours girls as well as lay her eggs there.  I had to go round and ask for her last time.  What should I do.  We live in the country and don't have a lot of neighbours, so I think it is nice to let the girls free range.  However, I don't want to lose my chicken.  Any ideas?

Maybe keep her in an enclosed run for a few weeks to reconfirm where whe should be at night?

Haha, love that idea - I wonder whether they make bungees for chickens... ebay anyone? 
I will give the locking up thing a go, although the others wont be too chuffed!  Thank goodness I have sons, not daughters if i can't even get my chickens to come home at night!

ps i was gonna suggest you fence her or clip her to keep her in.

Hi all, well I went around again and retrieved her (she is already clipped rachelr) but we will keep her in the run for a week or so and see if that helps.  I'll have to spend tomorrow making it exciting for them or they will alll be grumpy and want to escape!!  As it happens I was walking down the hill this afternoon and saw Mr Fox on the end of my drive looking at my other free rangers so I am more than happy to keep them all in and safe until he finds food somewhere else. Let's see how it goes, but thanks for the suggestions!!
