Slightly different, but free, and just as effective... I use the inner cardboard from loo rolls and kitchen roll... loo rolls just cut four notches about half to an inch, and fold into the tube slightly... I do it as I go along, and then pop them into a deep sided container such as an ice cream container until I am ready to use them.... pop a pea or bean seed, or whatever into each... and by the time the cardboard is disintegrating, it should be ready to go into the ground...... same principle for the kitchen roll tubes... but cut them in half first.
