Is there a good tape to use to patch over cracked greenhouse panes? Would rather not replace until they're completely knackered!

You can use the tape they sell for repairing polytunnels...........I've had some on a cracked pane since May 2009, and it's still going strong ;)

That's cheap
Might get some and replace the garish yellow plastic tape I was forced to use (as that's all I had) to stick the greenhouse back together for the winter

was a bit tricky to find - not in the garden section, it was with the duct tape and filler
