Naagh.. Go for it, especially with this rain. it'll recover. I did mine about 3 weeks ago, and am thinking of having another go. Damn the moss!

Technically speaking it's too late, this time of year you're supposed to rake lightly.
but I've scarified this time of year with no ill effects at all, so as Srebmob says, go for it! :D

Judging by how fast it grows I cannot see you doing any harm any time.

i do it when ever i get stressed (well, not too often) - there's something so satisfying about getting rid of moss!  i did the front last week before the rain.

might do the back tomorrow - it's been one of those weekends!

Gosh Jennyb, if you get stressed anymore, you can come and do my Stepdaughters for her ( well, for me actually as I'm the one who has offered my scarifying services !)

i just find it so theraputic seeing all that moss come out..... but then i turn round and look at the bald lawn and pray mum doesn't yell at me for going OTT.

didn't get round to it today,  not been a good day but stress levels are still high so there's always tomorrow!
