I'm defrosting a chicken breast to go with the rest of the packet of stir-fry veg.

Leftover beef from yesterday reheated in a little gravy.  I did a veggie bake on the side with parboiled potato slices, plus cauliflower and broccoli on top, then cheese sauce and extra cheese dolloped over everything.  There was 1/2 a squash in the fridge, so roasted slices of that as well while the oven was on.

For a mishmash meal it came out really well   :)

Yesterday I cooked "burnt ends" they did burn and stick to the tray.   Tonight, somehow must reheat them with par-cooked carrots, potatoes, celery, peas and sweetcorn.

Paul's having to look after himself as my cold has turned into a chest infection.  Have spoken to Dr. and Paul collected antibiotics, inhalers and steroids on his way home.  The effort involved to walk from chair to the loo is about as much as I can manage.  At least it's now and not in a couple of weeks time.  All I'm eating is a digestive biscuit every now and then.
