Are they raised dots or are they actual marks on the leaves, perhaps from waterburns from too much sun on wet leaves? Are the dots on top or below the leaves?

too much sun on wet leaves?

Nice idea that  :D
IMO It's just been too blooming cool and damp for them recently...........mine look the same, but I'm sure some better weather will improve them.

I find that some weak potash feed like comfrey tea etc perks them up no end. Improves the root structure.

Top tip for camping....don't go.

Water and feed through an upturned plastic bottle buried next to the plant with it’s bottom cut off and a cane through it. This will direct the water and feed directly to the roots, the cane will show you were the bottle is when the plant spreads and the leaves are large.

Ultra violet rays can still burn leaves even when it's overcast. I have to be careful on overcast days as I often sunburn badly from UV rays so imagine the poor plants that can't run indoors or put on a jacket.  ;)
