[Missie]

Hi,

I have 5 welsummers hatched over the weekend but this morning i found one dead in her nest ,Mum was going frantic and had left the nest with the 4 remaining,any idea's why this has happened,was she suffocated or i don't know?

Any advice would be so appreciated only I really do not wish fo any more losses.

sorry for your loss, it could have been because it got squashed, suffocated or even it may have had a problem intenally  . Best to just remove it, change the bedding and then keep an eye on the others
