hi folks,
well thats me horse manure all shovelled in to the plot, its been sitting for about 18 months. so I aim to dig it straight in.
question is where in aberdeenshire is the best place to get seed tatties and what are the best earlies and lastly when to plant what with this snow and all that.

I don't know the area, (apart from the ferry terminal), but I suggest the best place to get them from is wherever there's any left.  Most of them will have been sold by this time of year.

You'll be hard pushed to get one of my favourites, Lady Christl, Pentland Javelin is another favourite, but I suspect you'll have to take what you can find - maybe even fork out for extortionate postage via mail order.
