Wasn't expecting them til next month and a cold spell forecast for this weekend (not too warm at the moment). Should I plant out this weekend or store. If the later whats the best way and how long should I leave them before planting.

Have you prepped an area already?  If you have i'd plant and fleece. If you havn't i'd google prep, then plant and fleece.

I say the same. The roots take a while to settle in and by the time they put up any top growth the weather will be warmer and safer.
