G’Day All!

Another very popular cooking show on TV Down Under is The Cook and the Chef.  The program bears this title as Maggie Beer never had any formal cooking training (the cook), while Simon Bryant, an Englishman, runs a very busy restaurant at a hotel in Adelaide (the chef).

Recipes can be downloaded for free.  But, be warned, Maggie loves really rich food so has no regard for the effect it will have on our arteries!
