help with an old Rotovator

hi, i have an old Rotovator, which up till 3 weeks ago worked, so when we got it out of the shed and pulled the cord to kick it in to life... nothing  >:( the choke was stuck and it tried to kick in but nothing, my o/h had a look and no petrol is getting through to the parts that need it, what can be blocking it?? and is it worth fixing(we payed 60  for it about 3 yrs ago),  not sure what make it is, all i know is the blades are on the long  pole that comes out of the engine(sorry dont know a thing about them  :unsure: ), will have a look in the day time to see if i can find a name on the machine.. if not i will post a pic in the morning.. hope any one can help or is it a case of get a new 1

There are people on here who dream about doing up old rotovators so post a pic and you might get some useful advice.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

where the fuel tap comes out of the tank their is normally a filter on the end of the tap, you unscrew the tap to clean the filter if theres no fuel getting through this is normally the problem.

god i feel silly... my other half went outside to have a play around with the rotovator (next door had the music on and their doors open, playing it for the neighbours.. NOT), and he asked if we had any spare spark plugs and i said the only 1 we haqve is in the lawn mower, so,  he took it out of that and put it in the rotovator and guess what...





it took 3 pulls and the b*****d thing worked   :mad:  after me looking on ebay most of last night
so now on my shopping list is 2 new plugs...

Well at least that's cheaper than a replacement rotavator  ::) :D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
