Goosberry bush this year I covered my Goosberry bushes with netting to protect the birds eating the gooseberries but I noticed yesterday that some of the leaves have been chewed what can this be

Check the leaves thoroughly, it might be gooseberry sawfly, in which case they can strip a bush entirely of leaves in very short order.
