parish council mate they have less people to offer to so charge less ,council charge what thye want and offer very little .... allotment association s are great for getting the council of thier butts n also running the sites ,you also forgot the church sites .we have one here they charge £10 a year with water n ur own shed .you give tribute to the parish for the harvest festival .this is then given to the local hospice and other folks who need a hand .the people who have the plots have to be born villagers  with at least one parent native also ,this was to stop people from wrentham coming here and getting plots .this is another village parish who the villagers didnt get on with lol bit like dibley .. oh and we have a character like the one who we call .no,no,no .yes
