Hi First post just been to b&q and got a water butt pump for Ł10.

To get the water out of the bottom of the water butt if you haven't got a tap on it.

Don't forget about siphoning! A cheap bit of hose may be all you need.

fill the hose with water and cork both ends before you start - much easier.
Plus you dont get a mouthfull of dirty water.
