  hi there have got some duck eggs in my home built incubator and was wondering when do i stop turning them? i know with chicken eggs i stop on the 18th day? just wonderd if its the same for ducks or later? thanks lisa :happy:

Hi Lisa,
I've been told (and read in several books) that you stop turning on day 19. I've not tried it myself yet - I'e got my first batch in the incubator now

It may depend on the breed - don't some ducks incubate for 28 days? Kate and her ducks may be the person to ask

Ooooh! That's a very good point! As I said - this is my first hatch (I'm only on day 6) - so I'll certainly defer to what Kate says! Thanks for pointing that out
