A productive week
« on: October 11, 2009, 09:38 »
As a  kitchen fitter I thought I wouldn't have any prob's getting hold of some units for the shed, just a couple to store stuff in, but since I got the shed all the stuff I have been ripping out has only been fit for the skip, s*ds law I supose.
this week I have been to survey a job for the end of November and there is a loverly 4ft wide, old style set of drawers that the lady wants rid of, :), they  are even glossed for hardwearingness,
also just found out the son of my customer this week is a DG fitter and is ripping down an old conservatory soon and I can have all the polycarbonate sheeting from the roof  :) :), there's about 10 panels at 4mx2.5mx16mm (propper stuff  8))from what i can gather, just may have to go collect em.
new green house here I come  :D

from clearing the area to finished item, willdo
just need a few more slabs for the base and a bit more lumber for the framing.

have just bin looking at size online of polycarb and i think the sheets will be 4ftx 2.5m or 4x8 in english.
10 sheets at 4x2.5m would be some conservatory...
will have to wait and see what I get b4 building a humongus frame
