Chutneys Saturday ..............  Jam pot today??  What shall I make first?  Something easy??

Marmalade,    jam,.........     fancy mango chutney, but the recipies seem quite difficult any ideas???

Now is the time to make rhubarb jam! http://www.allotment-garden.org/recipe/15/vals-recipe-for-rhubarb-jam/. It should set ok but if you've any problems, add a sachet of Silver Spoon pectin. Jam is really easy to make. You can do it!
