Natural Alternative to Dish Scrubs

Well, I bought some loofah seeds off ebay last week, they arrived this morning. Should I grow them in the greenhouse, or start them off in there and move them to outside?

I've just got some Soap Nuts from Lakeland, so will be trying them this week too.
