Orchid: Maxillaria tenuifolia (narrow-leaved Maxillaria, or coconut orchid)Flowers are about 3 - 4 cm across. Smells like a day at the beach, with a scent exactly like coconut tanning oil. I've had this one about 5 years now. Grows indoors when cold, outdoors when warm or hot. Not sure from the preview whether the photo is attached or not(?)

Pacific giant delphiniums looking good this year despite the mixed weather - one year I'll remember which plant has which colour flowers and introduce a few new ones (hopefully this pic will help me remember!)

No matter what slug pellets I use, I even bought Nematodes one year, they still just get decimated so no more for me
