I have grown red rudolph potatos and the flowers are just dying off but in their place there are small green berries, is this normal ?  :wub:

Yes - spuds are close relatives of tomatoes, with the very important difference that the fruits produced by potato plants are poisonous.  :wacko:
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!
