Bottling Wilkos wine from kit today - tastes like redwine vinegar??

Leave in bottles for at least a couple of months,they taste much better.
Did you add a bit of sugar as you bottled it does add to flavour.
Wilko strawberry is best one,my lot cant get enough of it.
I have found another make which so far as come good every time Muntons.

I wouldn't do that unless you are very sure all the yeast is dead, it'll ferment and pop the bottles.  Use sweetner if you must.

Adding a bit of sugar to the bottles before you cap them is really a beer thing so that it gasses up and ferments a little more in the bottle. As said above, you dont want to do this with wine.
