Title: swede and turnip tops
Post by: madcat on July 03, 2011, 16:48
I vaguely remember some one saying that fresh young turnip and swede tops are good to stir fry.  Having just thinned mine, I am wondering if this is true or if I just dreamed it up from somewhere.

Anyone done it?

Thank you.  The swedes havent been in as long so they look (and feel) more tender.  Anything you put with them?  i was thinking ginger ... or maybe garlic?
