just a quick question , i just did my first gooseberry jam and was wondering what the colour should be  :?:
mine didn't mush down as much as i thought they would have thought but looks OK smells OK but still a bit to hot to taste .

just had some on my toast and it is pink just looks different when in the jar , but i think ive done it a wee bit to long  as the berrys are not squishy
