Do you mean 'Cheshunt' compound?

It's a powder that you mix with water to prevent the fungal 'damping-off' disease in seedlings.  it's got ammonium sulphate and copper in it and says not to use it in zinc containers.

I have a very old pot made by Bio; there may be other brands available.

To be fair, I've forgotten to use it the last couple of years and can't say I've noticed a huge amount of difference.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

I don't do that pagan routine either , nor do I use the stuff.

If they emphasize it the plant must be prone to damping off - pinch of salt, marketing ploy sniffed - don't over-water.  :)

Good luck. Let us know. :D
