I had my Charlottes with pan fried trout and some of my sugar snap peas and side salad and mayo

I'm going with Joyfull, we have had poached salmon (half price for a side at 'that shop' which was enough to do us two for four meals) plus new potatoes from the garden and salad (lettuce was cut and come again). Toms were a donation from Wight Salad and the cue was reduced at 'that' shop, so a really cheap meal and very tasty!

Tonight I'm going to make a nice quiche (using freshly laid eggs of my girlies) with new pototoes and salad

Steamed new spuds with mint, sliced & sauteed new spuds, with a side plate of boiled spuds with chopped parsley & butter.

For pud - new potato fritters.
